Intro

For this project, our team filmed Clean Sips at the Love Local event in the Bay Area while they served mocktails from their mobile cart. The brand already had a fun and visually strong presence, so our job was to capture that energy in a way that felt natural and polished. We focused on the details that made the experience stand out, from the drinks being made to the customer interactions and the overall event vibe. Rather than just documenting the booth, we aimed to turn the footage into something that actually felt like the brand. The result was a recap that was both cinematic and useful for their marketing.

Objective

The goal was to give Clean Sips a strong piece of content they could use on social media to show people what their brand looks and feels like in real life. Our team wanted the video to help potential clients quickly understand the experience they bring to events. That meant capturing the personality of the business, not just the product. The video needed to feel fun, stylish, and easy to watch while still showing value. It was built to help them market themselves with more confidence.

Challenge

Live event coverage always comes with pressure because the best moments happen fast and only once. We had to capture enough strong footage in a busy event setting while still making the final edit feel intentional and clean. Another challenge was making sure the brand stood out in an environment where a lot was going on visually. We had to be smart about what we focused on and how to pace the final edit. The goal was to make the recap feel like more than event footage and closer to a real brand piece.

Result

The final recap ended up becoming more than just a social post. Clean Sips loved it enough to make it their intro to the company, which says a lot about how well it reflected their brand. It gave them a high-quality video they could use to make a strong first impression online. It also showed how the right event coverage can double as long-term brand content when it is shot and edited with intention.
