Intro
Sintem built a phone that handles the everyday work most people drown in: pings, emails, meetings, follow-ups, and all the small tasks that pile up. For their launch, we told that story through one overwhelmed employee who goes from buried at his desk to the most prepared person in the building. The video follows him from a chaotic workday, to discovering the phone, to a single continuous walk to the boardroom where Sintem handles everything before he even sits down. Huge thanks to the team at Alif for letting us use their office, and to an excellent cast who brought every scene to life.

Objective
The goal was to prove the product actually works. A phone that acts like a coworker is a big claim, and we knew people would be skeptical. So instead of just describing what Sintem does, we showed it doing the work on camera. Every key moment pairs real footage of the phone in use with screen recording overlays, so viewers can see exactly what’s happening: drafting and routing documents, building a live dashboard from one line of text, blocking distractions, and clearing the inbox. The message had to be clear. This isn’t a concept. It’s a real productivity tool that takes work off your plate.

Challenge
The hardest part was making the product believable while keeping the story entertaining. The walk to the boardroom is one continuous Steadicam shot, which meant the cast, extras, props, and timing all had to hit their marks in a single take. On top of that, every on-screen action had to line up with the overlays in post, so the phone’s features read clearly without slowing the pace. We also used contrasting visual styles, a fisheye lens and fast cuts for the chaos, smooth Steadicam for the control, so the transformation could be felt, not just explained.

Result
The final video delivers a strong, dramatic payoff. Our hero walks into the boardroom with every request already handled, slapping down the numbers, the signed deal, and the deck before anyone else knows what’s happened. That moment sells the whole product: Sintem didn’t just organize his day, it put him a step ahead of everyone in the room. By combining real phone footage with screen recordings, the video gave Sintem a launch that was fun to watch and convincing enough to show the product is a real lift in productivity.
